Assistant Cake Decorator

Denny's 5th Avenue Bakery is looking for an assistant cake decorator.  This is a full time position, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least three years of experience in a specialty bakery 
  • Excellent attention to detail writing on cakes
  • An artistic and creative mind
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ready to pitch-in, learn, and be a team player

Must have advanced expertise with the following basic decorating skills:

  • Leveling, building, and crumb coating cakes properly
  • Ice cakes smoothly
  • Hand paint designs on cakes
  • Experience in stacking cakes

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $18 to $20 based on experience
