DFC Company (Dakota Fence, 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Town & Country Fence, and Dakota Unlimited) is a growing specialty contractor primarily involved in residential/commercial fence, highway guardrail, fabrication, and commercial playground construction as well as traffic control services. We provide services to homeowners, commercial businesses, and government entities. Shift and Time: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Summary:
- Manage payables systems, vendor payments, and compliance processes.
- Collaborate on account reconciliation, cash forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Oversee invoice processing, payment approvals, and purchase orders.
- Handle vendor management, tax filings, and credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare journal entries, cash reports, and assist with month-end processes.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools for accounting management.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited college is preferred, but work experience is also considered. Two to five (25) years of related experience is a plus.
