DFC Company (Dakota Fence, 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Town & Country Fence, Dakota Unlimited, West River Striping, SAAFE/Stadium Steve, DFC Property Management) is a growing specialty contractor primarily involved in residential/commercial fence, highway guardrail, fabrication, and commercial playground construction, bleacher installation, as well as traffic control services and pavement marking. We provide services to homeowners, commercial businesses, and government entities. Starting wage: $19 /hour, based on experience.
Shift and Time: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays), Seasonal
Summary:
- Assist the Foreman with installing guardrails, permanent signs, and setting up traffic control zones
- Prepare job sites by digging holes, mixing concrete, and ensuring proper setup
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment for efficient workflow
- Operate hand and power tools, skid steers, air hammers, and forklifts
- Drive and maintain company vehicles safely on and off job sites
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, adapting to job site needs
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations to maintain a secure work environment
