DFC Company (Dakota Fence, 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Town & Country Fence, Dakota Unlimited, West River Striping, SAAFE/Stadium Steve, DFC Property Management) is a growing specialty contractor primarily involved in residential/commercial fence, highway guardrail, fabrication, and commercial playground construction, bleacher installation, as well as traffic control services and pavement marking. We provide services to homeowners, commercial businesses, and government entities. Starting wage: $19 /hour, based on experience.
Shift and Time: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays), Seasonal
Summary:
- Maintain accurate and updated inventory, including shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and transfers between branches.
- Notify Lot Foreman and coordinators when inventory levels are low.
- Coordinate with Lot Foreman and coordinators to manage project-specific material needs and staging.
- Pre-load or stage materials and equipment for projects as directed.
- Cut materials as instructed by Lot Foreman or coordinators.
- Assist crews in loading materials for projects.
- Ensure all loads are secure and within safe weight limits.
- Load and unload material deliveries.
- Perform site maintenance tasks, including snow removal, grass cutting, equipment washing, and waste management.
- Support special projects as needed.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the Lot Foreman, Inventory Manager, or Director of Construction.
