The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the intake process, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately collected and documented. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial interviews with clients to gather pertinent information, by answering incoming calls in English and Spanish.
- Evaluate new client inquiries to determine if they are a fit for the Firm.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently into the database.
- Signing up eligible potential new clients by sending out contracts and other documents (electronically and physically).
- Write clear and concise reports based on potential client interactions and findings.
- File and organize client records in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline the intake process and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience as a RN (1-3 years experience preferred) and able to speak English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with data processes and database management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Strong verbal skills with the ability to extract relevant information from potential clients.

Compensation & Benefits:
The firm provides an excellent benefit package to include parking 401(k), medical/dental/vision, end of the year bonus, PTO, etc. Hours are 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday. This position is onsite.
Salary: $65,000-$75,000 Depending Upon Experience!
