Qualifications:

• Available to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and weekends
• Have your own tools
• 1 years experience in autobody painting/prepping
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Job Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Painting and Prepping Autobody Repair Work
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
• Examine the vehicle to determine if any additional safety or service work is needed
• Advise service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised.
• Document work performed and recommended on the repair order. Upon completion of work return repair order to Service Advisor.
• Attend I-CAR training classes
• Keep shop area neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership owned tools at all times
• Adhere to all attendance, punctuality, and timekeeping standards

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Available to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and weekends
• Have your own tools
• 1 years experience in autobody painting/prepping
• Be able to physically perform the job required
• Team oriented, flexible, focused on maintaining a high level of quality repairs
