The Paint Project Coordinator manages painting projects and also helps with sales by working directly with clients to generate new business and ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Work with clients to understand their needs, provide quotes, and close sales.
- Scheduling: Plan and manage project timelines.
- Team Coordination: Communicate with painters and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Quality Control: Check that the work meets quality standards.
- Client Communication: Update clients, answer questions, and make sure they’re satisfied.
- Budget Tracking: Help keep the project within budget.
- Problem-Solving: Address any issues or delays that come up.
