Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: 2727 FM 812 Del Valley TX 78617
Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 8 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend daily training and team discussions at the office by 8 AM.
- Work collaboratively with the team to canvass neighborhoods for extended hours.
- Conduct cold calls to generate new business leads independently.
- Reach out to property management companies and builders via email to establish connections.
- Achieve a minimum of 5 qualified leads per week after the initial training month.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Previous sales experience is a plus; please share your background with us.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Candidates must be between the ages of 19-24.
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools such as Email Scheduler and Boomerang is advantageous.
- A strong self-motivation and a willingness to knock on doors to engage potential clients.
