Full Time Office Administrator
Immediate opportunity for a well-rounded individual who will be a team-player in the growth and capacity of a very busy, small business serving Western North Carolina as well as Upstate South Carolina.
REQUIREMENTS: Business Office background (2 years); flexible; focused; very detail-oriented; extremely organized; expert multi-tasker; ability to “switch gears” quickly and proficiently with a “willing to do whatever it takes” attitude. Very good on the phone and with customers. Must fit into our Company Culture and embrace our core values.
The Garage Authority is in the home improvement business providing custom designed storage solutions throughout the garage and the home and various concrete flooring options. Our policy and procedures have strict organization and communication needs. The preferred candidate will help optimize company operations and customer service. This position includes (but not limited to) managing detailed tasks in fields such as marketing, detailed & accurate data entry, inventory, online presence (via website and social media), invoicing, know spreadsheets, minor accounting and proficient in customer relations. Willingness to be teachable.

The admin needs to be honest and dedicated to the daily work that needs to be accomplished. The Admin must also show initiative within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong customer and team focused servant heart. Above average computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management. Must have tenacity to complete tasks and persevere in resolving any open issues.
Applicants must have valid identification to meet the requirements of the I-9, as well as reliable transportation to our Arden office. Applicant needs a valid Driver's license, a vehicle to get to work, pass a background and DMV check, and pass a drug test.
