Responsibilities
- Assisting property maintenance activities to ensure all facilities are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain compliance with Section 8 regulations and other relevant housing laws.
- Utilize customer relationship management tools to track resident interactions and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with legal administrative teams to ensure adherence to all applicable laws governing property management.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management.
