As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent in the IT industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including software engineers, developers, architects, and other IT roles.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules of candidates.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates and track recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technical skills in demand.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in IT consulting or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, programming languages, and IT skill sets.
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring for a variety of technical positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with recruiting for emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, etc.)
- Familiarity with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other talent sourcing platforms.
- Technical background or familiarity with technical terminology is a plus.
