Front Desk Receptionist for Behavioral Health Practice
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling patients for in-person and telehealth visits
- Collecting copays and updating patients records
- Processing Prior Authorizations to insurance for medications
- Answer incoming phone calls from our main line
