Job Description

Hiring a full-time fence builder to join DH Fence Pros. Looking for experienced applicants, preferably with significant fence building experience.

We’re a Seattle based fence company focusing on great customer experience while providing fast, quality and beautiful fences. You can see the types of projects we complete on our instagram @dhfencepros.

We also have a general construction branch of our company which takes on landscaping and interior remodeling projects.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Efficiently working on the job site and execution of work orders.
• Coordinating materials to job site – includes calculating material needs based on job work order, driving company truck, picking up materials.
• Leading crew members on each job site. Communicating and organizing work flow in the most efficient way.
• Teaching new crew members the DH way of building fence.
• Monitoring and enforcing quality control on each project.
• Maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Collaboration in business system improvements and growth.
  
  

We work rain or shine, 5 days a week. We expect professionalism in all our team members, including arriving on time, dependability, and a positive attitude. • Willingness to learn and adapt to the DH Fence Pros way of building fence
• Your own transportation
• Drug free
• Current and valid driver’s license
• 3 years carpenter experience
