Summary:

Oversees all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, schedules, and budgets. Manages subcontractors, materials, and equipment, while prioritizing job site safety and quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure strict adherence to specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee job site safety, inspections, and quality control.
• Communicate and resolve issues with project team.
• Manage subcontractors' compliance with their scope of work.
• Schedule inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Monitor and enforce safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain daily job site activity log.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Conduct job progress and completion punch list assessments.

Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of construction trades.
• Minimum two (2) years of verifiable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project & Outlook).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Physical ability to navigate job sites and perform various tasks.
