- Supporting various in-house activities to improve the treatment of employees
- Purchase office equipment
- Efficient office space
- Layout to maintain a comfortable office environment
15% The function of coordinating between departments]
Communicate horizontally between departments, or deliver vertical informationEquipment and machinery used in their departments must be in good working orderCorrect the problem or alert repair personnelRequest new equipment or supplies for their department when necessary15% The function of assisting manager]
Preparatory work from the previous stage so that management can establish management planSupport staff business tripVehicle ManagementPreparing web slip & reconciliation10% The function of Asset management]
Manage fixed assets efficiently (Building maintenance with Bldg. Mgr., Corp. Housingmanagement, etc.)
Comprehensive Asset Management (Procurement / inventory control of office stationeryand pantry supplies, Record keeping of office assets, Vehicles, etc.)
Access security management (IT support, Access cards, DVR, etc.)
20% Additional R&Rs]Coordinate administrative activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency andmaintain compliance with company policy
Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondenceCreate and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and otheressential data
Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as neededSupport and plan company events and activitiesPoint of contact and communicate with immigration lawyers for employee visas,paperwork, and other procedures
REQUIREMENTS :
Education : Bachelor's Degree preferred1-2 years of relevant experience preferredBilingual in Korean / English requiredAttention to detail, thorough, highly organized, efficient, and excellent time management skillsStrong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Must have a valid drivers license Support bookkeeping and budgeting, expense procedures for the company
