Oracle Unifier Configuration Specialist
Responsibilities
-Configuring, maintaining, and supporting Oracle Unifier.
-Configuring business processes and shell templates to meet organizational requirements.
-Configuring Unifier custom reports, dashboards, and Oracle Analytics dashboards.
-Updating detailed permission settings for users and groups.
-Troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues; escalating issues to Oracle Support as required.
-Analyzing backlog items to determine impacts to the current configuration, proposing design solutions, and estimating the level of effort.
-Supporting the prioritization of backlog items.
-Testing and validating configuration updates.
-Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
-Staying current on latest features and best practices.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience configuring and administering Unifier.
-Deep knowledge of Oracle Unifier configuration and administration.
-Proficiency in applying SQL to create reports.
-Familiarity with Oracle Analytics and P6.
-Preferred: proficiency in Power BI.
