Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct comprehensive market research through surveys, desktop analysis, email communication,

phone inquiries, and attending competitor product launches.

Respond promptly and professionally to all product-related questions, addressing queries effectively.

Collaborate with business and engineering teams to strategize and support product development initiatives.

Participate in sales and marketing workshops or refresher courses to enhance skills.

Assist in planning and executing new product launches and related events.

Conduct engaging product demonstrations for customers, employees, and other stakeholders.

Support the development of business plans by gathering insights and contributing ideas.

Schedule and coordinate training sessions while attending meetings as necessary.

Identify emerging market opportunities and communicate findings to the Manager and relevant stakeholders.

Provide constructive product recommendations and suggestions to drive revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.

Strong ability to learn and recall product specifications and details.

Effective communicator with skills to deliver inspiring product demonstrations.

Deadline-oriented with flexibility to work after hours when needed.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent telephone etiquette.

Demonstrates a strong growth mindset and eagerness to learn.

Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
