Human Resources Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Human Resources Associate (Temp) to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Coordinate administrative activities related to HR data management to ensure accuracy and maintain confidentiality.
- Input and update employee information in the HR system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Manage and organize HR records and documentation, ensuring they are up-to- date and accurate.
- Review and verify HR data, addressing and correcting discrepancies as needed.
- Support the HR team by generating reports and summaries related to employee data.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR data and resolve
any related issues promptly.
