Human Resources Associate
We are seeking a detailoriented and bilingual Human Resources Associate (Temp) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both Korean and English and will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate input and maintenance of employee information in our HR system. This role requires a high level of confidentiality strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Coordinate administrative activities related to HR data management to ensure accuracy and maintain confidentiality.
Input and update employee information in the HR system ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
Manage and organize HR records and documentation ensuring they are upto date and accurate.
Review and verify HR data addressing and correcting discrepancies as needed.
Support the HR team by generating reports and summaries related to employee data.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR data and resolve
any related issues promptly.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department including
scheduling meetings preparing documents and assisting with HR tasks.
REQUIREMENTS :
Associates degree or Bachelors degree required preferably in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred;
Experience handling confidential information is a plus.
Bilingual in Korean / English is required.
Strong attention to detail accuracy in data entry
Highly organized efficient with excellent time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
