Our HR Director helps shape our company’s future by developing and carrying out HR strategies that support our business goals. This includes talent management, change management, performance management, payroll, benefits, training and development and compensation. As a member of the Sr. Management team will work directly with our CEO to ensure that HR plans meet our overall strategy. It’s DHI’s goal to make this a great place to work and the HR director will be one of the key drivers in helping us achieve our eNPS goal of 35 .
