What You’ll Be Doing
Your mission? Help our team succeed! Here’s how you’ll make it happen:
Training & Orientation
- Lead on-the-job training sessions and introduce new hires to Safety Methods Training and Production Standards.
- Walk new team members through their day-to-day tasks in areas like Sorting, Encoding, and Receiving.
- Demonstrate best practices, coach employees on standard operating procedures, and guide them to success.
Developing & Updating Training Materials
- Collaborate on creating and revising training materials, from manuals to job aids.
- Support the rollout of new training programs and provide ongoing refresher sessions, including certifications and mandated safety training.
Employee Coaching & Feedback
- Evaluate new hires’ performance and share insights with HR and Operations Supervisors.
- Partner with supervisors and managers to develop talent and improve quality.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of training needs and suggest improvements for continuous development.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
We’re looking for someone who loves working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment:
- Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, plus 6 months of related experience.
- Skills That Shine:
- Strong communication skills to explain tasks clearly and connect with new hires.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, plan workflows, and maintain focus under pressure.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure processes and standards are met.
- Comfortable with basic math, production data, and creating reports.
- Physical Requirements:
- Lift, push, and pull mail and parcels up to 50 pounds.
- Stay active in a dynamic warehouse environment, adjusting to varying temperatures and conditions.
