POSITION SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Coordinator to join our team and support our Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Google Business listings and maintaining the content on our organization's website.

POSITION EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Communication or a related field, preferred
  • Bilingual, preferred

  • Ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop engaging and compelling content for social media, including but not limited to:
  • Posts highlighting achievements, activities, and events.
  • Educational content related to medical training, healthcare trends, and program updates.
  • Behind-the-scenes stories and insights into the employee experience.
  • Promotional content for upcoming events, initiatives, and recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with team and business partners to brainstorm content ideas, themes, and campaigns that align with the program's goals and resonate with the target audience.
  • Research and stay updated on industry trends, medical advancements, and best practices in social media content creation to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging copy that adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and voice across all digital content channels.
  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and coherence before publication, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content, including engagement metrics and audience feedback, to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Website Content Management:
  • Collaborate with the Digital Communication Manager, Specialist and other stakeholders to plan and execute website content updates, including text, images, and multimedia content.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
  • Coordinate with web developers or content management system (CMS) administrators to implement website changes and enhancements.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Provide excellent customer service to all DHR customers. All employees are required to attend the DHR C.A.R.E.S program which outlines the Customer Service Principals including: Commitment, Accountability, Respect, Excellence and Service.

AGE SPECIFIC:

Employees must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served in his/her assigned unit. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient’s requirement relative to his or her age.

B. Working Conditions: The individual spends over 95% of his/her time in an air-conditioned environment with varying exposures to noise. There is protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. The position does have low exposure to malodorous, infectious body fluids from patients and some minimal exposure to noxious smells from cleansing agents.

C. Occupational Exposure: This position has minimal to no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues and is an OSHA Category III (although situations can be imagined or hypothesized under which anyone, anywhere, might encounter potential exposure to body fluids). Person who performs these duties are not called upon as part of their employment to perform or assist in emergency medical care or first aid or to be potentially exposed in some other way.
