POSITION SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Coordinator to join our team and support our Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Google Business listings and maintaining the content on our organization's website.
POSITION EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
- Bilingual (preferred)

- Experience in website and content management
- Strong knowledge of Google Business and Google My Business tools
- Excellent writing skills
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices

Responsibilities:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITES:
- Google Business Management:
- Update and optimize Google Business listings for all locations to ensure accuracy and visibility in local search results.
- Update, optimize and complete video verification of Google Business listings for all locations to ensure accuracy and visibility in local search results.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, questions, and inquiries on Google Business listings in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize Google My Business insights and analytics to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Website Content Management:
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to plan and execute website content updates, including text, images, and multimedia content.
- Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Coordinate with web developers or content management system (CMS) administrators to implement website changes and enhancements.
- SEO Optimization:
- Assist in optimizing website content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and structured data markup.
- Monitor website performance and SEO rankings using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Content Creation and Editing:
- Write, edit, and proofread website content, blog posts, and other digital marketing materials as needed, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and compelling content that resonates with the target audience and supports marketing initiatives.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Compile and analyze data on website traffic, user behavior, and engagement metrics to track performance and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for the Digital Marketing Manager, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Multimedia Content Creation:
- Develop visually appealing and engaging multimedia content
- Digital Communication Platforms:
- Manage and enhance digital communication platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing experience
- Live Event Coverage:
Provide multimedia coverage for live events, town halls, and internal conferences. This includes capturing, editing, and sharing content in real-time to enhance engagement.

B. Working Conditions: The individual spends over 95% of his/her time in an air-conditioned environment with varying exposures to noise. There is protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. The position does have low exposure to malodorous, infectious body fluids from patients and some minimal exposure to noxious smells from cleansing agents.
C. Occupational Exposure: This position has minimal to no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues and is an OSHA Category III (although situations can be imagined or hypothesized under which anyone, anywhere, might encounter potential exposure to body fluids).
