Salary : Salary $50,000
Summary : Responsible for all moves in assigned geographies. Work with clients from beginning to end to create a seamless travel experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities : None
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
q Onboarding calls that include :
Follow up emails with introduction of the team (Review kennel, quoted services, country requirements, next steps, pet personalities, and introduce team members and roles) and explain portal
Record conversations via Hubspot and pass on notes to team for call and add task for vet coordinator any significant notes
Link to team introduction or web page
Recap conversation via email and address any action items with client and / or sales, ops, or docs.
q Address urgent situations / move changes with Director of Customer Experience and assist as needed
q Work with Director of Customer Experience on customer complaints and resolution
Document and verbalize known patterns from client feedback.
Give feedback to sales and ops- especially on recurring issues
Problem solve systematic issues and recommend solutions
q Ensure accounts receivables has secured clients payment within 5 days of departure
q Work to build out and manage KPIs including reviews, refunds, communication etiquette, accountability, and workload distribution.

qRepresents company in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner is all customer and employee interactions
qInteracts with customers and agents in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction
qResponds with a sense of urgency to all requests
qRelays relevant comments from agents directly to supervisors
qInteracts with agents and resolves concerns in a friendly and service-oriented manner

qCompletes all tasks, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards
qFollows and observes all company policies and procedures
qFollows company standards for attendance and punctuality
qDevelops a positive working relationship with fellow workers and customers and avoids conflict
qAttends companywide meetings and all other mandatory training sessions
qAssist other functions as needed
