Supervisor - Asphalt Sealcoating & Patching Crew
Are you an experienced asphalt worker looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor to lead our hardworking sealcoating crew! If you have experience with patching, crack filling, and sealcoating—and you’re ready to guide a team while still being in the field—we’d love to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and work alongside a crew performing asphalt patching, crack filling, and sealcoating
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards
- Train and mentor crew members (on-the-job training provided for the right person!)
- Operate and maintain sealcoating and patching equipment
- Communicate with management and customers as needed
- Help keep projects on schedule and within scope
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in asphalt maintenance (sealcoating, crack filling, and patching)
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- The ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Misdemeanors must be at least 3 years old
- Felonies must be at least 5 years old
