We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at DHX - Dependable Hawaiian Express. Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding shipping services, rates, and schedules.
- Assist customers with tracking shipments and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of orders and customer requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.

Requirements
