Job Title: Center Island Associate
Department: Operations
Reports To: Store Manager

Job Duties
- Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
- Take and fulfill prepared foods orders for customers
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions
- Stock hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods from kitchen, walk-in preparation, and refrigerators
- Assist with merchandising and display of products
- Check product dates to ensure freshness and rotates when necessary
- Assist with periodic inventory checks
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
- Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
- Contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
- One year of food service or food preparation experience preferred, but we love to train those passionate about food & customer service
- Availability to work varied hours/days as dictated by business
- A willingness to learn about our brand and our product offerings
- An enthusiasm to communicate with customers and fellow Associates about current offerings and drink options
- Ability to process information/merchandise through computer system and POS register system
- Can multi-task and work well under the pressure of a busy department
- Ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentation
- Can move, carry or handle merchandise throughout the store
- You thrive in fast-paced environments
- You are a passionate food lover with a positive attitude
- You have a strong work ethic, are reliable, and enjoy working with people
- You take pride in exceeding customer expectations
