Job Title : Medical Director

Experience : Minimum of 5 years in Maternal Fetal Medicine practice experience (not including training)

License : Must hold or be willing to obtain a Michigan medical license and DEA

Certifications : Board Certified in OB / GYN, Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine, BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain)

Must-Have :

Minimum of 5 years of Maternal Fetal Medicine practice experience (not including training)
2 years of experience in a leadership role or completed training for leadership skills
Clean malpractice record is preferred
Open to H1B visa candidates (no J1 waivers)

Job Description :

Clinical Leadership : Oversee and lead the Maternal Fetal Medicine service line, ensuring the highest quality of care for complex maternal-fetal cases.

Patient Care : Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals with high-risk pregnancies, including diagnostics, consultations, and management services while coordinating with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists.

Program Development : Collaborate with administrative and clinical leadership to develop and enhance the Maternal Fetal Medicine program. Responsible for quality, service excellence, colleague engagement, stewardship, and financial goals in assigned offices and programs.

Education and Mentorship : Guide and mentor medical students and residents.

On-Call Duties : Share on-call duties with MFM Partner / Medical Director, mostly involving phone consultations and hospital visits as needed.
