Facility Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

Location : Houston

Memorial MRI and Diagnostic , part of the DICOT family, is looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician to support our Houston clinics and ensure everything is running smoothly. From general repairs to maintaining the space, your efforts will play a key role in our daily operations.

What You’ll Do :

  • Perform routine and emergency repairs for clinic equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure that all building systems (lighting, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) are functional and in good condition.
  • Handle preventative maintenance tasks to avoid unexpected issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment rooms and common areas.
  • Work closely with the clinic team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
  • Assist with deliveries, installations, and other facility needs.
  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe environment for staff and patients.

    • What You’ll Need :

  • 1 years of maintenance experience (preferably in a healthcare or facility setting).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
  • Knowledge of general building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to a high standard of safety and cleanliness.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and using tools.
