Front Desk/Patient Representative Float
Diagnostic Imaging Centers, P.A. is looking for dedicated and caring professionals to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a career minded individual in healthcare. HOURS
Weekdays five 8 hour shifts. Rotating Saturdays 730a-12p.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently looking for an experienced front desk receptionist to provide excellent customer service at most of our Metro Diagnostic Imaging Centers Clinic. Duties will include registering patients, collecting amounts dues, confirming appointments, reviewing daily schedules, checking patient insurance and providing patient cost estimates.
REQUIREMENTS
- Professional communication, both in person and on the phone
- Flexible, with a willingness to float to various DIC clinics on occasion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Independent worker
- Accuracy and detail oriented
- Team player dedicated to delivering compassionate patient care
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Foster a sense of comfort and confidence to patients
QUALIFICATIONS
- HS Diploma
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
