Laboratory Front Office Assistant
Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory is looking for a highly motivated, professional, and dedicated laboratory administrative assistant for our Atlanta laboratory.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong commitment to first class customer service and patient care
- Must be very detailed oriented
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- High school education or equivalent
Job Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with clients and resolve issues with submitted samples and documentation.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff to facilitate interdepartmental communication
- Be familiar with the laboratory’s quality control procedure.
- Comply with all HIPPA and OSHA regulations and policies
- Perform clerical duties, scheduling, and filing
- Communicate with customers and staff via phone and email in a professional manner
- Assist with new employee orientation

Experience:
- Laboratory Administrative and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
