What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance/PSA Coordinator position at Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries?

- Responsible for overseeing the implementation and ongoing compliance with the Interim Final Rule on UAC Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment standards.
- Responsible for compliance with ORR and state licensing policies.
- Involved in the management of formal internal quality assurance processes, up-to-date knowledge of federal and state policy and procedures, and communication with stakeholders on internal quality assurance efforts.
Education / Training : A bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social service field required. Experience : At least one (1) year of experience in child welfare services, standard best practices, and compliance issues. ADA : Occasionally required to stand, walk, or sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Occasionally required to move or lift items up to 25 pounds in weight
