- Responsible for ordering, receiving and preparing food for youth at the Wilderness center. In addition, the position is responsible for ensuring the compliance with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standard
- Manages the dietary operation of the assigned facility by performing the following duties :
Responds appropriately to employee reports of suspected violations of the Code of Conduct, Corporate Compliance Program and related policies and procedures, and / or applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards.
Education / Training : A high school diploma or equivalent; graduate of a state-approved course that provides 90 or more hours of classroom instruction in food service supervision; an Associate's degree in Food Service Management preferred. Experience : A minimum two (2) years' experience in food service management, preferably in a long-term clinical care setting. ADA : A bility to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. ; visual and auditory skills. Compensation and Benefits :
