What are the responsibilities and job description for the HUD Property Manager position at Diakon?
- Responsible for the overall physical and financial condition, regulatory compliance, and quality of life offered to residents.
- Oversees and ensures the maintenance of physical plant and grounds.
- Ensures that all Housing Management Department programs provide the highest quality of service to both internal and external customers.
- Prepares and monitors facility budget.
