We are looking for an experienced IT Support professional to join the team at Dial Loop Scape. In this role, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical assistance and support to our staff, end-users and customers.
You must have advanced knowledge of laptops, PCs, and other associated hardware and software, including networks, and all operating systems. In addition, you must be capable of providing high quality customer service, troubleshooting, maintaining hardware and software, and responding efficiently to tickets.
Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues
• Advise users on appropriate software and hardware
• Research, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
• Install physical and virtual components
• Perform regular maintenance activities
• Follow up with customers to ensure successful resolution of inquiries
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Ability to work quickly, accurately and effectively handle multiple tasks
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of technical support procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Troubleshooting skills in areas such as networking, software/hardware, and computer systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and Windows Operating Systems.
Salary : $51,200 - $68,500
