Controller Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Controller to join Dial Tool Industries and assist with the financial operations of Addison Traverse companies. As a Controller, you will be responsible for managing the business to meet at the intersection of financial controls, systemization, financial planning & analysis, and managing growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, including monthly financial closing and reporting, annual budget preparation, daily and weekly cash management, and annual financial audit and tax preparation.
- Facilitate reporting and systems for the benefit of all managers and operations, championing systemization and driving continuous improvement processes.
- Manage working capital and financial liquidity for the near-term and the long-term, efficiently managing accounts receivable, inventory, and accounts payable.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in accounting and strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
- Candidate should have at least three years of experience in a financial leadership role and be comfortable working in a manufacturing facility environment.
- Experience optimizing a SAAS-based ERP, particularly Oracle's NetSuite.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
