Job Summary:
The benefits specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate administration of all benefits and retirement programs for our industrial customers.
This position involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to provide exceptional service, resolve complex issues, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in ADP Workforce Now and perform quality checks on benefits-related data.
- Follow up with new-hire enrollments and respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees.
- Work closely with our broker during open enrollment and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Process life event changes in ADP and benefits terminations.
- Respond to 401(k) inquiries from managers and employees relating to enrollments, plan changes, and contribution amounts.
- Assist with the open enrollment process, communications, and prepare reports on data extracted from ADP.
- Reconcile benefits invoices on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
- An Associate's degree in HR or a related field (experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted).
- Experience in HR and/or benefits administration (ADP Workforce Now experience a plus).
