We’re an innovative aesthetic wellness center seeking a Med Spa Manager with strong front desk, sales, and client experience skills. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can manage the daily operations, provide a luxury client experience, and also perform or assist with non-invasive aesthetic services.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check-in clients, confirm appointments, and manage the front desk
• Handle inbound calls, rescheduling, and general inquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Sell memberships, services, and skincare products with a confident, educational approach
• Assist with or perform treatments like facials, body contouring, or cryo-based therapies (training provided if needed)
• Maintain a clean, calm, and client-ready environment throughout the day
• Lead daily spa operations, support staff scheduling, and uphold service standards
• Post basic social content or coordinate content capture with team
• Monitor inventory and help manage vendor/supply relationships
• Communicate client needs or concerns to the appropriate clinical provider or owner
✅ Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in front desk, spa, or hospitality management
• Strong administrative skills (phone etiquette, scheduling, light reporting)
• Sales-savvy: comfortable recommending products and services to clients
• Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and calm demeanor under pressure
• Strong customer service instincts—people feel seen and heard around you
• Previous med spa, wellness, or boutique fitness studio experience is a major plus
• Familiarity with aesthetic treatments or willingness to learn quickly
• Bonus: Spanish-speaking or prior skincare experience
