Diamond Accelerator, a forward-thinking marketing agency specializing in the medical aesthetics industry, is looking for a Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns and internal projects.
✨ THE MISSION ✨
As a 100% REMOTE Project Manager, you will contribute to the success of 100 clients in the medical spa industry. You'll be responsible for creating seamless project timelines, ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns, optimizing the customer journey, and collaborating across departments to achieve marketing goals. You will work closely with our internal teams to drive results. *Must reside in the US and have marketing agency experience!
SKILLS & SUPERPOWERS WANTED
✔️ Excellent Project Management Skills: Ability to oversee several projects, manage deadlines, and ensure internal teams adhere to timelines and quality standards.
Customer-Centric: Focus on delivering a smooth customer journey, de-escalating concerns, and minimizing refunds or reputation damage.
️ Cross-Department Collaboration: Experience working with internal teams such as social media, SEO, lead generation, and practice support to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects.
️ Quality Assurance: Keen attention to detail when reviewing materials, tasks, reports, and other deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and company standards.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Experience managing client onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring clients are seamlessly transitioned into workflows and feedback is captured for continuous improvement.
Data & Budget Management: Ability to track project budgets, ensure efficient resource allocation, and report on campaign performance to optimize results.
Team Leadership & Training: Strong leadership abilities to manage teams, set clear expectations, and provide training and ongoing support to ensure success.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Able to relay complex strategies with clarity, both in writing and verbally, and navigate client objections and internal disagreements.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com) and CRMs, with a genuine interest in leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

✅ CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ✅
Conduct root cause analysis and work to resolve customer issues promptly, minimizing instances of refunds and reputation damage.
Oversee the creation of detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for multiple client campaigns & projects.
Ensure that all internal teams adhere to deadlines and milestones, coordinating tasks to align with client expectations.
Work with teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and executed effectively.
Manage client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions into agency workflows and timely completion of all tasks.
Lead the offboarding process in a professional manner, capturing feedback to improve internal processes and the client experience.
Collaborate with internal departments (social media, SEO, lead generation, etc.) to ensure projects run smoothly and deliver results.
Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams, maintaining clear communication to foster a collaborative environment.
Regularly report on the progress of projects and department performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
