Position Overview

The Spa Concierge plays a crucial role in creating a polished, professional, and inviting atmosphere. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-end environment, has exceptional customer service skills, and enjoys helping clients feel comfortable and confident in their aesthetic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and a welcoming demeanor.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Assist in retail product sales and educate clients on skincare and aesthetic treatments.
• Maintain front desk organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Process payments, invoices, and client accounts accurately.
• Support providers by ensuring treatment rooms are prepped and schedules run smoothly.
• Address client concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
• Uphold Avail Aesthetics' brand and service standards at all times.

• Previous experience in a high-end aesthetic, med spa, or luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
• Polished, well-groomed, and professional appearance—someone who embodies the aesthetics industry.
• Warm, engaging, and customer-focused with exceptional communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns with grace and professionalism.
• Familiarity with scheduling software, POS systems, and social media platforms is a plus.
