Position Overview
The Spa Concierge plays a crucial role in creating a polished, professional, and inviting atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and a welcoming demeanor.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Assist in retail product sales and educate clients on skincare and aesthetic treatments.
- Maintain front desk organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Process payments, invoices, and client accounts accurately.
- Support providers by ensuring treatment rooms are prepped and schedules run smoothly.
- Address client concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
