The Project Assistant will maintain effective communication with key contacts within Diamond Assets teams and coordinate client projects and services for mail-ins. Responsibilities include preparing and completing device evaluation reports for customers, addressing and resolving client issues and challenges, and updating and managing ERP and CRM systems.
