Production Optimization Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Diamond C Trailers. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with process simulation tools. They will also possess strong communication and teamwork skills and be able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and Implementation: Design and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment to improve efficiency and quality.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to optimize production workflows.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are manufactured according to specifications and standards.
• Training and Development: Train production staff on new processes, techniques, and equipment to ensure smooth transitions and adherence to quality standards.
