Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive lease abstracting, including the entry of tenant billing and payments to underlying ground owners
- Accurately input specific lease terms into Siterra Lease Administration application
- Monitor and follow up on lease commencements
- Prepare commencement letters and related packages for tenants
- Oversee and track the following:
- Tenant terminations
- Tenant term and final expirations
- Tenant insurance compliance
- Rental adjustments, including clawbacks, abatements, and other changes
- Draft and prepare various notice letters
- Prepare one-time adjustment forms as required
- Conduct reporting and verify monthly billing variances
- Assist with special projects, as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Lease Administration
- In-depth knowledge of legal terms, including but not limited to lease terms, assignments, and rental provisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while effectively prioritizing responsibilities
- Bachelor's Degree, or a combination of relevant education and professional experience
- Proven experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in tower operations or related sectors
- Hands-on experience with Siterra or similar lease management software
