Job Type :  Temporary to Permanent

Job Summary :  We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Lease Administrator to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial property portfolios and lease administration. This role requires expertise in handling tenant shares, pro-rated shares, proportion shares, break points, and share thresholds.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain commercial property portfolios, ensuring all lease agreements are up-to-date and compliant with company policies and regulations.
• Administer lease agreements, including the calculation and tracking of tenant shares, pro-rated shares, proportion shares, break points, and share thresholds.
• Coordinate with tenants and property managers to resolve any lease-related issues or discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute lease documentation, including amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Conduct regular audits of lease agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to lease administration.
• Provide support to the property management team in lease negotiations and renewals.
• Maintain accurate and organized lease records and databases.
