Position Summary
Diamond Credit Union is searching for a Senior Leadership Team member to contribute to the Credit Union’s strong positive culture of member engagement, community service and employee development. Acting with integrity, embracing new ideas and showing initiative are staples of Diamond’s culture.
This successful teammate will work collaboratively with other leaders to promote the Credit Union’s vision and mission. They will be responsible for strategic planning, directing, and managing Human Resources and Training/Development functions with the aim to achieve financial high-performance, ensure the highest level of service to our membership and develop employees, both professionally and personally. Diamond has a solid culture promoting from within resulting in a 75% internal fill rate.

Requirements:The successful candidate must possess strong leadership and motivational skills and demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline is required. Ten years’ experience leading Human Resources and Training/Development Departments is required.
