Pillar To Post Home Inspectors® The Rounds Team is a leading Home Inspection company in the Denver/Boulder area. Our goal is to make the Home Inspection experience educational and easy for our customers. Our talented team accomplishes the main line sewer inspections with quality, integrity and exceptional customer service. This is a fast-paced business with a reputation for quality, custom reports, and outstanding customer service.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for someone who possesses dedication, professionalism, and true people skills. This position is for Main line Sewer Scopes, Auxiliary testing such as Mold, Allergen, Water Quality Testing etc and will also conduct Home inspections on an as needed basis, however the main job duties for this position is Sewer scopes and Auxiliary testing.
Job Requirements:
· Business minded with strong attention to detail.
· Basic knowledge of residential sewer lines and plumbing
· Must be able to learn the sewer scope equipment functionality and produce thorough, error free videos and reports.
· Need to live between Denver and Firestone and willing to travel as we drive a ton on a daily basis!
· Understand the importance of quality and consistent customer service.
· Ability to participate in local marketing events or programs as requested.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with great listening skills.
· Basic IPAD/IOS knowledge.
· Have the aptitude and mental ability to problem solve and conduct professional conversations with Real Estate agents and customers.
· A great attitude with good presence and energy.
· Integrity and strong work ethic. Punctual and ability to work unsupervised is a must.
· Good driving record, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
· Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl space, enter attics as well as stand for long periods of time.
· Ability to pass all employment screening and a technical knowledge exam.
· Required to authorize background and driving checks.
· Available to work Saturdays and some evenings.

Position is hourly and hours vary as this is a seasonal business. At times you will be working long days and other times the hours will be light.
