Role Description: Seeking The Next Gem
We are seeking a dedicated Health Insurance Broker Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional health insurance planning services to our clients, helping them achieve their personal and financial goals through tailored insurance strategies, planning, and risk management. The ideal candidate will assess clients' insurance needs, provide tailored solutions across all types of insurance coverage, offer recommendations on various insurance products, and offer ongoing support as their circumstances evolve. Through building trust and delivering clear, comprehensive advice, this Life Insurance Broker Specialist will ensure clients are protected with the right coverage for long-term peace of mind.

Qualifications: The Sparkle Factor

  • Life, Accident & Health License required.
  • 3 years of annuity and insurance experience in a client-facing role.
  • Proficiency with insurance planning and reporting software.
  • Advanced computer and overall technology skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong networking abilities to cultivate and expand client relationships.

This position offers a commission-based earning structure, with anticipated annual earnings between $51,560 and $180,225 . Actual income will vary based on individual performance, experience, and the volume of business generated. As an independent contractor, your compensation is directly linked to your sales achievements, client relationships, and ability to earn additional income through referrals and team-building opportunities. There is no fixed salary, allowing you to unlock unlimited earning potential based on your success.
