Kickstart the day with our team Morning Huddle, setting goals and reviewing priorities.
Welcome and onboard new clients, ensuring they have a great experience with our agency.
Support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, processing paperwork, and managing client follow-ups.
Process policy changes, payments, and client inquirieskeeping everything running smoothly.
Assist in generating 20 online reviews or referrals per month, contributing to agency growth.
Ensure all client inquiries are responded to within one business day to maintain top-tier service.
Contribute to an amazing team cultureyes, we celebrate wins with tacos or sushi.
