Property management company seeking a highly skilled individual with a strong accounting background that is also familiar with all general office duties. Property management background is a plus.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Answering phones, entering all applicable information from calls into our software program
- Greet customers as they arrive
- Managing office filing, forms and paperwork
- Receiving and distribute incoming mail
- Assisting in preparation of accounts payable
- Creating spreadsheets for market surveys, etc.
- Keeping tenant files current, maintained and up to date
- Keeping office filing system organized
