Express Car Wash Manager

Diamond Glow Car Wash in Neenah, WI is in search of an Express Car Wash Manager to join our team. This position will work Monday - Sunday to meet 40 hours with some time off on weekdays or weekends, depending on the schedule setup.

We are searching for a Manager to join our team who is interested in helping to hire and train other team members. You will also assist in making sure the team adheres to company policies, resolving customer complaints, leading the team, and driving business.

To be a great fit for this role you should have a consistent work history and previous experience as a staff member or as a Manager is ideal. A passion for customer service and team mentoring is also a plus.

As a Manager You Will:

· Ensure company policies are followed

· Optimizing profits by controlling costs

· Hiring, training, and developing new and current employees

· Manage daily operations, support owners with team development and customer service

· Grow membership volume, promote Diamond Glow Car Wash’s values through exceptional customer service

· Assist customers as necessary

· Always display a fresh and professional appearance

· Bring a welcoming, positive attitude for our customers and team members

· Motivate employees

· Completing tasks assigned by the owner accurately and efficiently.
